Commodores Ranked #22 in Sports Weekly/ESPN Top 25
Selected by 40 Division I coaches representing the American Baseball Coaches Association

The Vanderbilt Commodores are ranked #22 in the Sports Weekly/ESPN Top 25 Poll released today. Seven of VU’s opponents this season are ranked in the Top 25, including six Southeastern Conference teams. The poll is selected by 40 Division I coaches representing the American Baseball Coaches Association.

The Commodores began practice Tuesday (Jan. 18) in preparation for the  2005 season.  VU opens the season at Hawkins Field hosting VMI in a three-game series Feb. 18-20.  Admission for all February games is $1.
