Vanderbilt Single-Game Football Tickets Go On Sale Monday, August 2 8-2-04 Nashville, Tenn. — Single-game tickets to Vanderbilt’s six home football games, including Southeastern Conference contests with South Carolina, Mississippi State, Florida and Tennessee, will go on sale Monday, August 2. Tickets can be purchased at the Commodore Athletic Ticket Office in McGugin Center, by telephone at (615) 322-GOLD or online at www.CommodoreGameday.com. An early order offer is available for on-line customers, according to Vanderbilt marketing officials. Commodore fans can place orders prior to Monday at the official www.CommodoreGameday.com website. Individual prices to the six home games in Vanderbilt Stadium are:
Special packages for Commodore season tickets, starting as low as $99 per person, also are available. The standard season-ticket package of $140 is $54 less than the total price of all six single-game tickets. The team also is offering a $215 “Family Plan” season ticket option featuring two adult and two youth end-zone tickets with additional youth purchases for only $50 each. “A price point is available for every fan, from a prospective season ticket buyer looking for close sideline seats to the college football fan looking to experience just a single Commodore game,” Vanderbilt Director of Marketing and Promotions Eric Nichols said. The Commodores, featuring 21 starters back from the 2003 season, will open preseason practice on Wednesday, Aug. 11. The team’s free Dore Jam activity for fans is scheduled Sunday, Aug. 15, from 4-6 p.m. Kickoff for the Commodores’ season opener against SEC East rival foe South Carolina is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Games with Mississippi State and Rutgers will be played at night, while encounters with Eastern Kentucky, Florida and Tennessee are expected to feature early afternoon kickoff times. |
