Two Commodores Earn All-America Honors 5-29-04 5/29/2004 May Wood and Sarah Jacobs have been named to the 2004 National Golf Coaches Association All-America team. Wood was a first-team selection after winning the Southeastern Conference championship and the league’s Co-Player of the Year. She did not compete at the NCAA Championships after becoming academically ineligible. Jacobs, a first team all-SEC selection, was seventh at the NCAA Championships. She was selected to the honorable mention group after her splendid four-year Vanderbilt career. |
