Vanderbilt Football Head Coach Bobby Johnson Plans Recruiting Press Conference Wednesday 1-30-04 Nashville, Tenn. – Vanderbilt Football Head Coach Bobby Johnson will address the media regarding the Commodores’ Recruiting Class at a press conference Wednesday, Feb. 4, in the McGugin Center.
Johnson, preparing for his third season at Vanderbilt, will discuss the Commodore recruiting class on National Signing Day Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. NCAA rules prohibit Johnson from commenting on a recruit until the Vanderbilt program receives official verificiation from each prospective student-athlete. The media gathering will take place in the McCall Room, located on the second floor in the McGugin Center. The room is the site of Coach Johnson’s weekly press conference during the regular season. The team’s official website, www.vucommodores.com, will provide the first official word of Vanderbilt’s football signees. As Vanderbilt verifies each signing, a brief bio sketch of the signee will be posted on the website. A running list of all Commodore signees will also be featured at www.vucommodores.com, including links to each signee.
