NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Shan Foster scored 29 points and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds leading Vanderbilt to an early lead and a 104-62 win over East Tennessee State on Tuesday night.

Vanderbilt (3-3) jumped out to a 47-23 lead at the half thanks to 20 points from Foster on 6-of-9 shooting from 3-point range.
