EL PASO, Texas — Senior Luke List begins his title defense today at the 2006 Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic held at El Paso Country Club.
On Sunday, List competed in a pair of skills challenges, placing sixth in the longest drive contest and second in the putting contest.
List is making his third appearance at the event, which has been rated as the top tournament in the nation for the past two years by the Golfweek/Sagarin Performance Index.
The 54-hole event is being played on El Paso Country Club’s Par-71, 6,837-yard layout. The 28-man field will shoot 36 holes on Monday and finish with 18 holes on Tuesday.
