Dear Commodore fans:
Today is a special one in our history and it is certainly a historic day for the Southeastern Conference!
Together we are launching the SEC Network, bringing the nation’s No. 1 conference into the living rooms of tens of millions of homes across the United States. We couldn’t be more excited to have a role in this new beginning as it takes our treasured Vanderbilt brand to an even higher profile.
Starting today, most of you will have the opportunity to enjoy SEC content 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Some of the programming will come across your television screen, other content will be digital and found on your computers and mobile devices. Continue to check vucommodores.com for the latest information on the SEC Network.
In addition to football, Vanderbilt fans will see a number of our women’s soccer games this fall on one of these platforms. As the year progresses, other sports will take center stage.
For those of you who took the time to inform your local cable provider of your interest in this important new network, I say thank you. And to sports fans everywhere, let’s all look forward to a bright future of Southeastern Conference and Vanderbilt University sports.
Anchor Down!
