DURHAM, N.C. — Four members of the Commodore men’s golf team are taking part in the 2009 Gordin-Myers Collegiate Classic presented by Coca-Cola today and tomorrow at the Duke Golf Club.
The 54-hole event began this morning with a shotgun start. Thirty-six holes are scheduled for Monday, with a final 18 to be played on Tuesday.
Vanderbilt junior Craig Tallent, sophomore Charlie Grace and freshmen Will Snipes and Ryan Thornton are all competing as unattached individuals in the event.
Live scoring of the event, updated every three holes, is provided by Golfstat.
The Commodores will travel this weekend to play as a team at The Prestige at PGA WEST, Oct. 11-13.
