Every Friday during the season, our football student-athletes visit Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt to spend time with patients and their families. They engage in activities like playing games, sharing stories, or simply offering a smile. These visits aim to create a positive impact beyond the field. It’s not just about wins or stats; it’s about showing up, giving back, and being present. Watching the kids’ faces light up reminds us that they bring strength, courage, and joy into the world every day.
During the season, Vanderbilt football proudly represents patients from Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. At select games, the Commodores wear helmet stickers designed and colored by patients, carrying their creativity and spirit onto the field.
