Individual tickets to Vanderbilt’s home games with Florida and Ole Miss will be exclusively offered Sunday at Dore Jam, the program’s annual Fan Day event that offers an array of fun-filled activities for Commodore fans of all ages.

In addition to the one-day sale of Florida and Ole Miss tickets, the newly designed Mr. C’s Kids Club will be unveiled at Dore Jam, which is scheduled Sunday from 2-4 p.m., in the Multipurpose Center located next the Vanderbilt Recreation Center between 25th Avenue and Natchez Trace.

Vanderbilt marketing staffers will be accepting memberships to Mr. C’s Kids Club open to youth up to 8th grade. Club members will get access to special events, and will receive official Mr. C’s Club credentials, a prize pack and more. Membership to the new kids club, which was formerly known as the Junior NCC, is $25, and $15 for each additional child in a family.

Dore Jam annually attracts thousands of Commodore fans to campus for an afternoon of autographs, photographs and family activities. Admission and parking are free.

“Dore Jam is one of our most anticipated events and serves as a great opportunity for Commodore families to come out and enjoy a lot of fun activities while getting a chance to meet our student-athletes and coaches,” Vanderbilt Interim Senior Associate Athletics Director Martin Salamone said. “We believe having tickets available to the Florida and Ole Miss games for the first time, along with introducing our new Mr. C’s Kids Club, will only bring added value to fans attending Dore Jam.”

Other than at Dore Jam, single tickets to Vanderbilt games with Florida on Saturday, Oct. 1 and Ole Miss on Saturday, Nov. 19 will not be available for purchase until early September.

“Our fans will be able to buy season tickets or individual tickets to every Commodore home game except the Tennessee game at Dore Jam. We plan to put individual tickets to the Tennessee game on sale at a later date,” Salamone said.

The entire Vanderbilt football team will join Head Coach Derek Mason and his coaching staff at Dore Jam, offering fans a chance to greet their favorite student-athletes, and get autographs from both players and coaches.

The indoor event also features several inflatable activities and interactive games for kids, along with face painters, balloon artists and photo opportunities with program mascot Mr. C and spirit leaders.

New football posters designed for the event will be distributed free of charge at the entrance of Dore Jam. Free hot dogs and drinks will be available while supplies last.

Student-athletes from other Commodore varsity sports, including the women’s soccer team which opens competition this month, also will participate in Dore Jam. Staffers from Barnes & Noble at Vanderbilt will be on-site with the latest Vanderbilt Athletics merchandise.

Parking is available in the surface lots, located directly across Natchez Trace from the Vanderbilt Track & Field Complex.
