SUNSET, S.C. — Following a stormy day in South Carolina, Vanderbilt sits in eighth place after 36 holes at the Clemson Invitational. The Commodores finished round two with a 7-over-par, 295.

Lynn Lim was the star of the day again as she followed up her stellar first round with a 1-under-par performance Saturday. Tied for third, Lim looks for her first podium finish as a collegiate golfer.

Celina Sattelkau carded a 2-over-par 74 on the second 18 holes. Tillie Claggett and Virginie Ding were both 3-over-par on the day. Natasha Kiel notched a 4-over-par 76.

Sitting at an 11-over heading into the final round, Vanderbilt looks to make up a six-stroke deficit to a trio of schools tied for fifth.

Due to severe weather, the Commodores will tee off with Maryland, Virginia Tech and Tennessee at 8:30 a.m. CT. Sunday.
