Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kandice King joined the Commodore staff prior to the 2013-14 season as the strength and conditioning coach after working for the school as a consultant for 14 years.
King graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998. During her time in Knoxville, she worked at UT Medical Center in the nutrition department while majoring in nutrition.
After graduating, she transferred from the UT Medical Center to the Vanderbilt Medical Center, eventually becoming assistant director of nutrition, food management.
During her employment at VUMC, she also instructed group fitness locally and nationally, and begin her own personal training business located in Hillsboro Village.
King is a Master Instructor for both Resist-A-Ball and Bodyblade. She is married to Brad King and has a son, Ethan.
