Brandt Snedeker (Golf, 1999-2003) 

Brandt Snedeker is Vanderbilt’s most decorated golfer and has been a great ambassador for the university since his ascension into the professional ranks. The Nashville native has become a fan favorite on the PGA Tour for his cheerful disposition on the golf course, as well as his considerable success.

  • Southeastern Conference Player of the Year and First-Team All-American his senior season (2003)
  • Won the 2003 United States Pub Links Championship
  • Reached the No. 1 individual ranking in the national Golfweek/Sagarin Poll in November of 2002
  • All-Conference all four years he played at Vanderbilt
  • First Commodore men’s golfer to earn All-America honors as second-team honoree in 2002
  • As a sophomore in 2001, became the first Commodore golfer to qualify for an NCAA regional
  • Was SEC Freshman of the Year in 2000
  • Played in 2004 Masters as a senior, finishing tied for 41st
  • 2007 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year
