  • Festus Ezeli scored 14 points and had five blocks, and now has 191 in his career. Ezeli was a perfect 8-8 from the charity stripe. He has now scored in double figures for the 10th time this season and 37th of his career.
  • Lance Goulbourne added 12 points and eight rebounds.

Record Watch

  • Taylor remains third on VU’s all-time scoring list with 1,800 points. With one steal against the Gamecocks, he is now in eighth place by himself on the all-time steal list with 139.
  • Jenkins now has 1,507 points, and surpassed Dan Langhi for 13th on the all-time scoring list.
  • Brad Tinsley surpassed Frank Seckar for second place on the all-time assist list and now has 458 career assists.
  • Ezeli continues to add to his all-time scoring block lead and has 191 in his career.
