First-half Notes:
·Vanderbilt won the opening tip off and won the game. Vanderbilt was 21-5 when winning the opening tip in 2010-11.
·By first media timeout (15:28), Oregon shot 100% (4-4) from paint, Vanderbilt 50% (4-8). Vanderbilt trailed the Ducks after that until 2:10 left in the first half on two Jeffery Taylor free throws.
·Oregon went on a 9-3 run between the first and second media timeouts (15:28-11:59) for an 18-12 lead over Vanderbilt. Vandy missed six shots and committed two turnovers in that time.
·Tinsley led Vanderbilt in scoring in the first half with 11 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 3FG, 1-2 FT).

·Jenkins is now 12 points away from the 1000 mark with his 24 points giving him 988 in his career. He entered the game against Oregon with 964 points.
·Jeffery Taylor tallied 21 points and 11 rebounds in the win. It was his 73rd double digit scoring game, 12th time scoring 20 or more points, 10th double digit rebound contest, and the ninth double-double of his career.
·Jenkins broke his career record for three pointers made with eight. His previous career high was six, which he accomplished four times, most recently vs. Kentucky on Jan. 12, 2011.
·Kedren Johnson, Dai-Jon Parker, and Josh Henderson each saw their first collegiate action. Henderson redshirted last season.
·It marked Tinsley’s 47th career double figure scoring game with 13 points against Oregon.
·Rod Odom recorded a career-high of eight rebounds. His previous best was seven vs. Kentucky on February 12, 2011.
·Taylor broke his career best mark in steals with five in the victory.
·Lance Goulbourne tied a career high with three steals. He also had three against Western Kentucky on December 1, 2010.
