Why are we playing at LP Field?
By moving one of our premiere SEC games downtown, we will give Vanderbilt fans a chance to enjoy the atmosphere downtown in a manner similar to what we have seen in our recent appearance at the Music City Bowl. This game provides a great opportunity to showcase all that Nashville has to offer as a city for fans of both teams. With eight home games on the schedule, the 2014 season offered the ideal opportunity to move a game to LP Field.
