Starting Lineup:

Postgame Notes:

• Vanderbilt falls to 17-9 in the all-time series against Arkansas. Head coach Kevin Stallings is now 4-11 all-time against Arkansas.
• Stallings has a 375-217 record as a head coach, and is 252-154 with the Commodores.
• The loss to Arkansas snapped a four-game road winning streak. Vanderbilt’s last loss on the road was at Louisville on December 2 (60-62, OT). The Commodores moved to 4-2 in true road contests in 2011-12.
• Vanderbilt shot 50% from the floor for the second consecutive game and dropped its first game of the season when shooting 50% or better. VU has a 7-1 record in games when it surpasses the 50% barrier from the floor.
• The Commodores were outrebounded by Arkansas, 36-29, including 14-7 on the offensive glass. Vanderbilt is now 2-5 when outrebounded by their opponent.
• Tinsley’s three-pointer with 19:46 to play in the first half increased the Commodores’ consecutive game streak with a three-pointer to 818.
• The Commodores shot only 28.6% from beyond-the-arc against Arkansas, its lowest team three-point percentage since shooting 27.3% against Indiana State on December 17.
• Arkansas made nine threes against Vanderbilt, compared to only six for the Commodores. VU falls to 3-3 on the season when opponents make more threes.

Individual Notes:

• Jenkins led the Commodores with 19 points in the contest. He has scored in double figures for 55 straight games, and 74 times in his career.
• With four three-pointers in the game, Jenkins has now made a three in 42 straight games.
• Jenkins has now made three or more threes in a game 17 times this season and 48 times in his career.
• Taylor chipped in with 18 points in the game. It was the 21^st time this year he scored in double figures, and the 93^rd time of his career.
• Taylor was 7-9 from the charity stripe against Arkansas – the seven made free throws tied a season high (Georgia, 1/14). He also tied a season high with two blocks.
• Festus Ezeli scored 14 points for Vanderbilt, his fifth game in double figures this year and 32^nd of his career.
• Steve Tchiengang scored 10 points for VU, which tied a season-high for the senior forward. He also scored 10 points at South Carolina on January 10.
• Brad Tinsley, the SEC leader in league games only in assists, dished out six assists.

Record Watch:

• Jeffery Taylor’s 18 points moved him past Drew Maddux (1995-98) and Clyde Lee (1964-66) on Vanderbilt’s all-time scoring list with 1,698 points. Taylor is now sixth on the list, and trails Mike Rhodes (1978-81) by one point for fifth and Ronnie McMahon by 21 points for fourth.
• Festus Ezeli extended his career record for blocked shots by two, and now has 178 in his career.
• Brad Tinsley is now fourth on Vanderbilt’s all-time assist list with 433 career assists. He surpassed Jan van Breda Kolff (1972-74), who finished his career with 430 assists.
