- Last season, Vanderbilt trailed Kentucky by a 2-0 score in the first half before storming back for a 3-2 home win over the Wildcats in the season opener.

- The Dores and Razorbacks met in last season’s SEC Tournament championship game with Vandy earning a 3-1 victory.
