- Vanderbilt is 14-8-7 in the all-time series versus South Carolina.
- In last year’s meeting between the two sides in Nashville, Alex Wagner scored the game-tying goal in the 75th minute to ultimately force overtime. In the second overtime session, South Carolina was awarded a penalty kick, which they converted for the golden goal for a 2-1 final score.
- The Commodores hold a 14-6-4 mark in the series with Alabama.
- Vanderbilt did not play Alabama last season. The two teams squared off twice in 2019 with Vandy earning a pair of 2-1 victories over the Crimson Tide.
