NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Graduate Célia-Belle Mohr, senior Bridget Stammel and junior Valeria Ray were awarded with All-SEC honors, announced by the SEC on Wednesday.
In the same year Vanderbilt earned its most conference weekly awards in a season in program history, the Commodores now have their most All-SEC selections since 2022. Stammel and Ray were both named first-team All-SEC while Mohr brought home second-team All-SEC recognition.
Stammel tallied a team-high 18 wins throughout the dual match season while posting a 18-4 doubles record in that time, all of which came alongside Ray. She generated a 10 total SEC victories at No. 1 singles, with notable wins over Oklahoma’s No. 10 Evialina Laskevich, Ole Miss’ No. 15 Emily Welker and Tennessee’s No. 59 Katrina Scott. Stammel and Ray went 10-4 in doubles play against SEC opponents while generating a 4-0 mark at the No. 1 position. Stammel reached career-high rankings of No. 6 in singles and No. 10 in doubles this season. In the fall, Stammel became the first three-time Ohio Valley Regional singles champion in the event’s history while also qualifying for the NCAA Singles Championship. In total, she sits on 27 wins in singles to go along with 26 in doubles play.
In addition to Ray’s doubles accomplishments with Stammel, the junior went 12-4 at No. 2 singles and 10-4 overall in SEC play. She also achieved career highs in the ITA rankings, reaching No. 15 in singles and cracking the top-10 in doubles. Among Ray’s singles wins were key takedowns of Oklahoma’s No. 45 Edda Mamedova, Georgia’s No. 48 Deniz Dilek, and LSU’s No. 88 Ella McDonald this season. In the fall, she clinched the highest-ranked singles defeat of her career, downing Michigan’s No. 3 ranked Piper Charney 5-7, 6-4, 6-3. Ray and Stammel led Vanderbilt in overall singles wins with 27, and Ray claimed a team-leading 31 total doubles victories throughout the 2025-26 season.
Mohr went 13-4 in dual match singles play as well as 22-10 in doubles, primarily playing alongside sophomore Sophia Webster. Mohr notched four SEC doubles victories, highlighted by a 6-2 triumph over No. 8 Dilek and Aysegul Mert of then-No. 1 Georgia. The graduate reached as high as No. 2 in the ITA singles rankings, while climbing to a career-high No. 2 doubles rank with Webster. The two became the program’s first NCAA Doubles Championship finalists in the fall.
It is the first time Stammel and Ray have each been named first-team All-SEC. Ray now holds two career All-SEC honors after earning a second-team recognition last year. Both players made the SEC All-Freshman Team in their debut seasons. Mohr finishes out her career totaling four All-SEC team placements, three of which came as first-team selections.
