Vanderbilt is dedicated to delivering the preeminent student-athlete experience in college athletics. Our success is deeply rooted in the passion and engagement of philanthropic partners who support our athletic programs. Your generosity helps provide our dedicated athletics staff with the resources they need to help our student-athletes become leaders who prioritize integrity, character, sportsmanship and victory.
Along with supporting our current student-athletes, recruiting tomorrow’s stand-out Commodores is a top priority for our coaches. During recruiting season, coaches maximize visits to prospects, often following an itinerary that includes several remote locations in a single day. In our competitive SEC conference, many of our peers have access to private planes, which puts them at a distinct advantage in this endeavor. While those at other schools can be flexible and responsive in securing more visits, our coaches are often limited by commercial flight schedules, delays and cancellations. Additionally, chartered flights can help our student-athletes attend tournaments and long-distance games with minimized disruption to their academic schedules.
Help us secure a competitive edge through increased access to private air travel. You can have an immediate impact on Vanderbilt Athletics and recruiting in the following ways:
- Make a gift to Vanderbilt Athletics designated to the flight program here.
- If you are a member of a shared flight program like Wheels Up or NetJets, you can transfer funds from your account to Vanderbilt Athletics.
- Thinking about joining a shared flight program? Join Wheels Up as a new member and use our partner referral code to gift flight credits Vanderbilt Athletics upon sign up.
- If you own a plane, provide use of the plane, fuel and/or pilot time to Vanderbilt Athletics.
This is a momentous time for Vanderbilt Athletics. Your generous support will further our vision, help us fill our rosters with champions, and extend the demonstrated success of our programs to more student-athletes.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in the promise and potential of Vanderbilt student-athletes. To discuss partnering with Vanderbilt through the Commodores in Flight program, please contact:
