Molly Pannell joined Vanderbilt Athletics as director of educational enhancement in the Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success in August 2024.

She came to Nashville after four years on the staff at Baylor, most recently as assistant director of learning support. In her role, she was responsible for coordinating and administering educational testing for all incoming student-athletes, developing syllabi and content for the department’s summer bridge program, and providing oversight and training for 20 student workers in the Bears’ Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.

Pannell also completed an internship at Georgia, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work. She is an active member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals and Women Leaders in Sports.
