Katie Myers

Operations Manager

Originally hired as business operations coordinator at Vanderbilt, Katies Myers currently serves as the operations manager for the Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success.

She joined the Commodore staff after working as a baseball operations fellow for Major League Baseball’s Minnesota Twins.

Myers was a volleyball student-athlete at Maryland, ranking among the Terrapins’ all-time leaders with a .315 attack percentage and 112 service aces while her .395 hitting percentage as a redshirt sophomore was second-best on the school’s season record list. She was named honorable mention All-America by VolleyballMag.com, AVCA All-Region and first-team All-Big Ten during her career and was selected to the USA Volleyball Collegiate National Team in 2019 and 2020.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Maryland, Myers would go on to add a master’s degree in education from Minnesota where she helped the Golden Gophers to regional semifinal and final appearances as a graduate transfer.

Originally from Westerville, Ohio, Myers enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, Piper, and coaching volleyball in her free time.
