Anna Brock Hawkins

Anna Brock Hawkins was hired as assistant coordinator of student services at Vanderbilt in May 2023 and was elevated to coordinator of student services in January 2024. In her current role, she works directly with the Commodore soccer and swimming programs.

Her first role in athletics was as a student-athlete academic mentor at Tennessee, while she was also an intern at Belmont prior to accepting a position with the school as a student support specialist.

Hawkins played soccer as a student-athlete at Belmont, ending her career among the top 10 all-time in the school’s record books in both matches played and started. She started all 22 matches for the Bruins her senior season, helping the team to the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. In addition to being named to the leagues All-Newcomer Team as a freshman and all-tournament squad in 2019, Hawkins made the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll each season highlighted by receiving the OVC Medal of Honor with a 4.0 grade-point average during the 2016-17 academic year.

Hawkins is a 2020 graduate of Belmont with a degree in sport administration and a marketing minor, and she added a master’s degree in sport management from Arkansas State in 2022. Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Hawkins enjoys running, hot yoga, spending time with family and friends, cheering for Nashville SC and attending concerts in her free time.
