While Horan did not see any action, she improved her skills to become the second option to All-SEC First Team selection Tyler Griffin.

Played four years of soccer at Green Valley High School in Las Vegas, Nevada… Also lettered in track and field and played varsity basketball… Helped Green Valley High School Gators to the state championship in 2002 (runner-up), zone championship in 2002 and 2003 and the regional championship in 2002 and 2003… Played club soccer with the NFC Tabagators… Member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honors Club and was class Valedictorian.
