Coach Corbin Quote: “Pat continues to be an old soul when it comes to how he plays the game. He’s a throwback…one gear, one speed and enjoys doing so…which is tough to find. As a freshman, he immediately impacted our lineup and was an everyday player in our outfield. He has the ability to play all three outfield positions. He runs solid routes, catches the ball and he may have most accurate arm on team. He had a very solid summer in the Cape, and since the day he stepped back on campus he has been on a mission to improve upon his early success.”

As a Sophomore (2019)

• Selected in the 17th round (pick 525) of the 2019 MLB Draft by the New York Yankees
• Named to the 2019 SEC All-Tournament Team
• Batted .353 (6-for-17) with five RBIs in four SEC Tournament games
• Collected 15 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games
• Closed the season on an eight-game hit streak, batting .300 (9-for-30) with seven RBIs
• Belted a solo homer and drove in two runs in Game 3 of the CWS finals
• Batted .331 (39-for-118) with runners and .500 (4-for-8) with the bases loaded
• Swatted a three-run homer in the SEC Tournament championship game
• Struck a grand slam and produced seven RBIs against Davidson on March 5
• Went 2-for-4 with three RBIs, helping the Dores clinch a CWS berth on June 9 vs. Duke

• Led the Commodores with 48 runs and 116 total bases while batting .277 on the season
• Finished second on the squad in multi-hit games (19) and multi-RBI games (13)
• Batted .385 (5-for-13) at the NCAA Nashville Super Regional
• Season-high 14-game reached-base streak to close out the season
• Team-high 23 RBIs and second on the team with seven home runs in 30 SEC starts while hitting .263
• Five home runs over the final 12 games
• Batted .615 (8-for-13) with five runs scored on Opening Weekend against Duke
