Coach Corbin Quote: Sean may have been one of our most improved pitchers this fall. His fastball and breaking ball command improved a great deal. He is a good athlete who can field his position and hold runners. Will be a big key for our team.

Did not factor in the decision…Made second start of the season against MTSU (4/2), allowing five runs on five hits in 3.2 innings. For the second straight week, he did not factor in the decision…Pitched two scoreless innings against Austin Peay (4/9), allowing only one hit while striking out two batters…Gave up one run on two hits with two strikeouts and a walk in relief against Mississippi State (4/11)…Walked and struck out a batter in 0.1 innings in relief against Lipscomb (4/15)…Closed out Auburn (4/19), allowing one hit with two strikeouts and a walk in 0.2 innings … Recorded an out and walked three batters against Tennessee Tech (5/7) … Went 2-2 with 3.70 ERA in 10 appearances for Keene of the New England Collegiate Baseball League over the summer. High School: Tabbed the seventh best prospect out of New Jersey by Baseball America entering the June 2007 draft … 42nd round selection by the Cincinnati Reds … First-team All-County at Kinnelon H.S. … Captain of the baseball and soccer teams as a junior and senior … Lettered four years in both sports … Played for the Bayside Yankees in the summer and helped lead team to Premier League National Championship in 2006-07.
