Head coach Tim Corbin on Rogers: JD has improved as much as any player on our team. His confidence has grown a great deal over the last year. He had a great summer in the Cape Cod League and brought that momentum with him in the fall. He is a very physical ballplayer. He can play all three outfield positions and demonstrates dynamic abilities offensively. He reached legendary program status this past year, when he won the Omaha Challenge for the fourth straight year. He is the only player in our history to do it. Love how he has grown inside of our program.
