South Carolina Game Available on ESPN GamePlan 10/19/2005 Commodore fans across the nation can watch the Vanderbilt-South Carolina football game through ESPN’s GamePlan programming. ESPN officials announced late Tuesday that the game would be added to the GamePlan Oct. 22 schedule. Vanderbilt, 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the SEC Eastern Division, are seeking their first victory in Columbia, S.C., since 1999 when the Commodores earned a hard-fought 11-10 win. The Vanderbilt-South Carolina broadcast – a presentation of the Gamecock athletic department – is available via ESPN GamePlan in every state except South Carolina, where it is available on a pay-for-view basis from the South Carolina television network. The Commodores are playing their first road game in six weeks. The squad opened its season with road wins at Wake Forest and Arkansas. |
