Snedeker Wins First Nationwide Tour Title 7/16/2006
BYRON, Minn. — Former Commodore standout Brandt Snedeker scored his first career victory on the Nationwide Tour Sunday, winning the Scholarship America Showdown at Somerby by birdying the second playoff hole. The win moves Snedeker to the Top 10 of the Nationwide Tour’s money list. Three weeks ago, Snedeker earned runner-up honors at the Chattanooga Classic.
