He is a total team-first guy. Walker is probably our most physical player, who takes a lot of pride in his fitness level and overall wellness. He is a tough kid, who has continued to grow over his time here in the program. He has a very competitive baseball approach and the type of guy that is willing to do anything to help the team succeed. We are very lucky to have him back for his senior year as he will be an important piece to our success this season.”

As a Senior (2019)

• Batted .333 (7-for-21) and appeared in 19 games
• Went 6-for-8 with a combined five RBIs vs. Davidson and ETSU
• Finished a home run shy of the cycle vs. ETSU on March 6
• Swatted a one-out, game-tying home run in the ninth vs. Georgia on April 5
• Posted a .462 on-base percentage highlighted by five walks
• Recorded 14 total bases in 21 at-bats

As a Junior (2018)

• 10 starts in 21 appearances
• Nine of his 10 starts came in left field with the other at designated hitter
• Batted .139 (5-for-13) with 12 runs and five RBIs on the season
• Led the team among reserves with 18 walks, including a season-high three walks at UCLA (March 9)
• .448 on-base percentage while reaching base in 17 of his 21 appearances
• Hit a two-out, three-run home run against Austin Peay (Feb. 27)
• Scored go-ahead run in the 10th inning, scoring from first base on an Austin Martin double

As a Sophomore (2017)

• 21 games played with eight hits and seven runs on the season
• Doubled and scored in win at Middle Tennessee (April 18)
• 2-for-4 with an RBI double in victory at South Carolina (April 6)
• Singled with 2 RBI in win against UT Martin 4/4

As a Freshman (2016)

• 10 starts in 30 games, batting .349 with 10 RBI
• First career home run with pinch hit solo homer in ninth inning to beat Texas A&M at SEC Tournament (May 25)
• 2-for-3 with a go-ahead RBI-triple to match career-best two hits at Tennessee (April 24)
• Career-best three runs vs. Xavier, going 2-for-3 with a pair of walks (March 12)
• Three-run double in first career start in left field vs. Radford (March 9)
• First career RBI on a two-run triple against UIC (Feb. 28)
