Head coach Tim Corbin on Bryan: “England is a wonderful personality and true to his core. He possesses one of the best arms on our team and in the conference and is a serious competitor. He has continued to improve his mechanics and the finer nuances of pitching, which showed during his 15 notable appearances as a freshman last season. He will be thrust into the middle of our pitching staff and is poised to impact our team in a significant way. England stayed on campus this summer to focus on his body, strength, and overall fitness, showing a strong commitment to his development. He is a reliable, low-maintenance young man who stands for the right things and is well respected by his teammates. He brings a consistent personality and applies himself in the classroom as well.”

• Made 15 appearances, posting a 4.15 ERA
• Struck out 25 batters over just 13.0 innings
• Held opposing hitters to a .204 average
• Did not allow a run over final six appearances on the season
