Stump saw his initial action as a Commodore in his second year with the program… Participated on special-team units and as reserve wide receiver in ten games, including the Texas Bowl against Baylor… Missed three late-season games due to injury… Did not register a catch on the year… Participated as scout team wide receiver during fall practices…
2017
Stump did not see game action after transferring to Vanderbilt from Ohio State prior to the season… Showed excellent receiving skills as a scout team wide receiver during the regular season.
2015-16 (AT OHIO STATE)
Stump spent 2015-16 seasons at Ohio State before deciding to transfer to Vanderbilt last winter… In 2016, played sparingly as a redshirt freshman, catching one pass for eight yards.
Three-year letterwinner at one of metro Cleveland’s top powers… Regarded among the Midwest’s top receivers coming out of high school… Started three seasons at wide receiver at St. Edward… Helped Eagles to 2014 state championship though missed several games due to injury… As a junior, earned honorable mention All-State and all-conference after posting 57 receptions for 987 yards and 14 TDs… Also lettered in track & field.
