Ready for Indoor Season

Vandy hosts Commodore Indoor to begin 2021 indoor campaign

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Track and field season is back in action Friday and Saturday at Vanderbilt’s Multipurpose facility.

Joining the Commodores will be fellow SEC programs, Missouri, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Alabama and Mississippi State.

A full slate of events begins Friday at 4 p.m. with the high jump and continues through the 5,000 meters at 7:25 p.m. The following day begins with the shot put and 60-meter hurdles at noon and will conclude with the 4×400 relay at 3:45 p.m.

Spectators are not allowed for the meet, but a live stream is available for both days at the links above.

This will be Vanderbilt’s first meet since Feb. 28-29, 2020 at the SEC Indoor Championships.

Vanderbilt will travel to Fayetteville for the Arkansas Qualifier Feb. 5, and will host the Music City Challenge Feb. 12-13 prior to the SEC Championships Feb. 26-27 back in Fayetteville.
