Vanderbilt Athletics is seeking talented individuals to serve as the PA announcer for football, soccer and baseball beginning with the 2022-23 seasons.
These positions will contribute to the high-energy atmosphere and experience for Vanderbilt student-athletes, coaches and fans.
This search will best identify available talent for a wide range of opportunities in an effort to improve the overall fan experience at our sporting events.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong vocal talent
- Enthusiasm, passion and strong knowledge of the sport
- Ability to multi-task in stressful environments
- Comfortable announcing complex names
- Receptive to feedback
- Ability to react quickly and appropriately
- Previous experience preferred
Application and Search Process
The search process will include search committee reviews, Zoom or in-person interviews, fan voting and live in-venue auditions. This process will span across the month of July.
If interested in football, deadline to apply is July 1
If interested in soccer, deadline to apply is July 8
If interested in baseball, deadline to apply is July 22
