- Vandy has won each of its first four games by 20-plus points for the first time since 1930
- The Commodores have scored 30-plus points in each of their first four games for the first time since 1916
- The Dores averaged 8.9 yards per play, the most in program history. The previous record was 8.7 yards per play vs. Miami (Fla.) in 1948
- Vanderbilt’s 70 points are the most points scored since 1918 (76 vs. Tennessee)
- With a forced fumble in the first quarter, the Commodore defense has forced a turnover in six-straight games
- Vanderbilt’s 21 points in the first quarter matched the most points scored in a single quarter and are the most points scored in an opening quarter this season
- The Commodores’ 42 points in the first half are the most first-half points scored by Vandy since at least 1996
- Vandy scored a touchdown on each of the first six drives, which is tied for the fourth-most consecutive scoring drives to open a game by an FBS team this season
- Vanderbilt’s 356 yards in the first half are the second-most yards in a first half and the fourth-most yards in any half by the Dores since 2012
- The Dores recorded their first blocked PAT attempt since 2017
- Vandy returned a blocked punt for a touchdown for the first time since 2014

PLAYER NOTES
- With 236 passing and 322 all-purpose yards in the first half, graduate Diego Pavia has eclipsed 3,000 passing and 4,000 yards of total offense at Vanderbilt
- Pavia threw for 245 yards and a touchdown and added 86 yards and a score on the ground
- Junior Sedrick Alexander has posted Vanderbilt’s first score in back-to-back games
- With a 3-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter, Alexander extended his four-game scoring streak, which is the longest of his career
- Alexander also hauled in a 10-yard touchdown catch and has posted a rushing and receiving touchdown in back-to-back games
- Junior Junior Sherrill registered the first rushing score of his career with an 8-yard rushing touchdown
- Sherrill’s 40-yard reception in the first half is his longest of the season
- Junior Jordan Matthews forced a Georgia State fumble, which was recovered by Jaylon Stone. It is the first forced fumble of Matthews’ collegiate career and the first fumble recovery of Stone’s career
- Matthews posted a career-best four tackles
- Junior Tre Richardson returned a Panthers’ kickoff for 46 yards, the Commodores’ longest kick return of the season
- Graduate Khordae Sydnor blocked the Panthers’ extra-point attempt
- Junior AJ Newberry recorded a pair of rushing touchdowns in the first half, the first game of his career posting multiple scores
- Junior Makhilyn Young scored on a 60-yard rush, the Dores’ longest rushing touchdown of the season and the longest of his career
- Sophomore Jamison Curtis blocked a punt and returned the ball for a touchdown
- Graduate Emmanuel Adebi blocked Georgia State’s field goal, the eighth blocked kick of his career
- Blaze Berlowitz found the end zone on a 7-yard rush, the first rushing touchdown of his career
- Graduate Miles Capers matched his career-best with 2.5 tackles for loss
- Capers was also credited with 1.5 sacks, a season-best
- Sophomore Dontae Carter and senior Martel Hight each recorded four tackles, which match Hight’s season best and set a career-best for Carter
- Junior Brock Taylor set the school record for most extra points made in a game and matched the program record for most PAT attempts with nine
