NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Luke Kornet (2013-17) was a dominant presence in the middle for Vanderbilt men’s basketball during a successful career in black and gold. As a senior in 2016-17, he averaged 13.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game, and he capped his career as the Commodores’ all-time leader in blocks with 210.

Kornet is now a member of the New York Knicks in the NBA and has also spent time with the Weschester Knicks of the G League. This week the Commodores Insider Podcast caught up with Kornet while he was on campus, and the former Dore dished on his early experience in the NBA, what it’s like playing in New York, wedding planning as an NBA player and much more.
