The Vanderbilt athletic department has announced a new initiative in time for the holiday season. The Commodore Giving program has been set up to encourage fans to purchase tickets to a game for children throughout the community. It’s the giving season and fans are encouraged to purchase tickets to the Vanderbilt versus Ole Miss football game on Saturday, November 19 at a price of $10 per ticket and the athletic department will donate the purchased tickets to youth groups in the Nashville area; participating agencies include the Metro Nashville Public Schools, Metro Parks and the Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee.
