NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Fifth-year senior Gabby Fornia and senior Bri Gross were each named to the ILWomen Midseason All-America list as honorable mentions on Thursday.

Gross, who was included on the ILWomen Preseason All-America team, leads Vanderbilt in goals and draw controls and is second in points. Her 21 goals ranks 12th in the American Athletic Conference and she is 31st in NCAA D-I with 1.60 caused turnovers per game.

Fornia is Vanderbilt’s all-time assists leader and ranks second nationally this season in assists and assists per game, leading the AAC in both categories. She also ranks second nationally for career assists among active players with 155.

The final ILWomen All-America squad is announced in May.

Fornia, Gross and the Commodores are on the road this weekend, playing Temple at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday.
