The Vanderbilt men’s golf team has ended the 2016-17 regular season as the number one team in college golf in the Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll. The Commodores begin regional play as the number one seed May 15-17 at The Grove in College Grove, Tenn.
This week’s ranking marks the fourth time Vanderbilt has been number one in the coaches poll this season. Prior to this year, the Commodores had never reached number one in any of collegiate golf’s major polls.
