Vanderbilt Summer Camp Registration
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Though summer break is on the horizon, the Vanderbilt soccer program is ratcheting into high gear with several summer camps just around the corner.
Spaces are filling up fast but registration is still open for several Elite Prospect ID Camps and the highly competitive and two intense College Prep Elite Camps in July.
Vanderbilt and head coach Darren Ambrose will host four two-day Elite Prospect Camps, starting with a session on May 9-10 for freshman, sophomore and junior high school students. The camp provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a competitive environment while receiving a high level of soccer training from the Commodore coaching staff.
From July 19-22, Vanderbilt will simultaneously host two intense, three-day residential camps for prospective student-athletes. The College Prep Elite Camp will offer individual instruction and training. The Girls High School Team Camp is an overnight camp with two training sessions a day for girls between the ages of 13-18.
The camps will feature instruction from top college coaches in the region. Highlights of this camp include a weeklong 7-a-side tournament, speed and agility exercises, team building activities an SAT/ACT prep course and a seminar on the college recruitment process.
Also from July 19-22, Vanderbilt will host a Goalkeeping Academy. The camp will provide position-specific training in all aspects of the position. Vanderbilt goalkeepers coach Kelly Keelan will head up the daily training sessions. To register for these camps and for more information, click here.
