NASHVILLE – The Vanderbilt soccer team opened 2011 preseason camp on the afternoon of Friday, Aug. 5, with a 90-minute full-sided scrimmage.
Under the direction of Head Coach Derek Greene and assistant Sebastian Vecchio, the squad went 11-on-11 on a slightly shortened pitch at the Vanderbilt Soccer Complex. Junior CJ Rhoades and freshman Gena Inbusch took a moment to speak with vucommodores.com prior to the practice session.
Friday began with a team photo shoot courtesy of Joe Howell, one the talented photographers on staff at Vanderbilt, who spent over an hour crafting team photos and headshots.
