The Vanderbilt women’s golf team will compete in the Ping/ASU invitational in Tempe, Ariz., this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the par-72, 6,230-yard ASU Karsten Golf Course. This weekend’s tournament will be the last regular season event for the Commodores before the SEC Championship April 18-20 in Loudon, Tenn.
The Commodores will compete with Arizona, host Arizona State, California, Denver, Georgia, New Mexico, Oregon State, Oklahoma State, Pepperdine, San Francisco, San Jose State, Stanford, Texas A&M, UCLA, USC, and Washington at the tournament.
Teeing it up for Vanderbilt at the tournament this weekend will be seniors Liebelei Lawrence and Julie Bartholomew, junior Jacqui Concolino, sophomore Brooke Goodwin, and freshman Megan Grehan.
Play begins at 8 a.m. on Friday at the Karsten Golf Course. Live scoring will be available at www.golfstat.com throughout the weekend.
