Enrique Bradfield Jr. receives All-America honors from NCBWA

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sophomore Enrique Bradfield Jr. received All-America honors from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association, the publication announced this week.

Bradfield was named to the NCBWA All-America first team for a second consecutive season.

The second-year outfielder started every game for Vanderbilt this season, while ranking third on the team in batting average with a .317 mark. He scored a team-high 69 runs on the year, which ranks fifth in the SEC.

Bradfield led the conference in stolen bases for a second consecutive year with 46 on the campaign. He went 46-of-46 on stolen base attempts, which marks the most in the nation without getting caught.

The Hialeah, Florida, native has 93 career stolen bases and is three stolen bases shy of the Vanderbilt all-time record.
