EUGENE, Ore. – Vanderbilt track and field’s Allyria McBride advanced to the 400-meter hurdles final at the NCAA Outdoor Championships Thursday at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
McBride was an automatic qualifier out of Heat 1, finishing second in her section and turning in the sixth-fastest time of the semifinals, 56.26 seconds.
Falon Spearman finished top 20 in the 100-meter hurdles semifinals with a time of 13.46 seconds.
The 400-meter hurdles final will be Saturday at 9:27 p.m. CT. The NCAA Championships are broadcast on ESPN with live results available through Flash Results.
