Nashville, Tenn. – Vanderbilt sophomore Tony Kemp was named a preseason All-American today by Collegiate Baseball.
The publication tabbed Kemp a third team member after his stellar freshman campaign in 2011. Kemp earned several accolades during his first season on West End being named a Freshman All-American, SEC Freshman of the Year and All-SEC for hitting .329 with a team-best seven triples in 65 games.
Collegiate Baseball ranked the Commodores No. 23 in its preseason poll on Monday.
