UPDATE: Wednesday’s evening practice was cancelled due to inclement weather.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt began its second two-a-day of training camp on Wednesday, wrapping up its morning session just before noon.

The Commodores practiced for two hours in the muggy conditions on Wednesday. Practice began with individual position drills before commencing with 11-on-11 work under the watchful eyes of an SEC officiating crew.

“We had a good practice session this morning and everyone is improving,” Head Coach Robbie Caldwell said. “The biggest thing for us right now is to get well. Some of the guys are having to go all the snaps and it is a little bit unfair to them, but they are toughing through it.”

Logo Returns: Defensive line coach Rick Logo returned to practice on Wednesday after missing time due to the passing of his mother.
