NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The No. 13 Vanderbilt women’s tennis team will close out its two-match home stand against Middle Tennessee at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday.
Vandy won their first match of the home stand, defeating No. 14 UCF. The victory included Anessa Lee extending her singles win streak to 12.
The Blue Raiders are 8-2 overall this season after their most recent win against Butler on Friday.
In the latest ITA poll, five Commodores ranked among the top 100 in singles: Celia-Belle Mohr at No. 45, Bridget Stammel at No. 53, Anna Ross at No. 65, Holly Staff at No. 96 and Lee at No. 98. Mohr and Lee were also ranked No. 58 in doubles.
Sunday’s match will be played at the Currey Tennis Pavilion, and admission is free. Parking is available in the 25th Avenue Garage, and the clear bag policy will be enforced.
