Bryan Reynolds announced to MLB All-Star roster

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Bryan Reynolds was named to the 2024 MLB All-Star Game on Sunday, his second time earning the recognition.

Entering Sunday, Reynolds ranked second in home runs (16), second in OPS (.836), third in batting average (.284) and tied for third in doubles (19) among National League outfielders. In June, he put together MLB’s longest hitting streak this season at 25 games, also the longest by a Pittsburgh switch-hitter.

A former Commodore has been selected to four of the past five All-Star games.

Joining Reynolds at Globe Life Field will be Spencer Jones. Jones, the No. 2 Yankees prospect, will be representing the American League in the All-Star Futures Game for the second consecutive season on July 13. Jones earned MiLB Player of the Week honors in the Eastern League after a two-home run performance, including a grand slam, and seven RBI on June 30.
