NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With a new season upon the Commodores, Vanderbilt soccer heads into its season tabbed sixth in the Southeastern Conference preseason poll.
Last season, the Commodores finished in second among the SEC East and earned a berth in the conference’s postseason tournament.
Vanderbilt will host nine contests in 2022, including five SEC matches with LSU, Kentucky, Georgia, South Carolina and Mississippi State all scheduled to visit Nashville this year.
The Commodores open their season with a pair of road matches at Evansville (Aug. 18) and Purdue (Aug. 21) before returning home to host Western Kentucky (Aug. 25) at 7 p.m.
